Before the entrance to the Hall of the Vorlfur lies a curious site. A large field has been reshaped to suit the needs of training. Across the area large stones rise from the earth, some bearing great cracks and all worn from the barrage of attacks they endure. Obstacles are scattered throughout the field, some of them hidden so as to teach the element of surprise. This is where all Imus come to train if they wish to join the Vorlfur.

The entrance nestled beneath the giant oak leads down into the earth, lit by alcoves hollowed from the wall where fires with no fuel burn. The first chamber off the entrance is known as the Atrium. A large grotto that houses a modest pond fed by an underground spring. The walls are lined with ores that glitter from the magical light of the fires set into the walls. From the Atrium, three wings spread out deep into the mountain. The first is known as the Vicus, the living quarters of all Unguis and Archus. The chambers in this wing are relatively small, but none less splendid than the other. The second section of the Domus is known as the Manse, and is where all Cordus and Primus ranks may call home. The caves off this passage are larger than the ones in the Vicus, and they tend to vary in size as well. The third and final wing is the most unexplored. The tunnel walls in this wing are still primal, with fewer alcove fires the further one descends. Near the entrance to the Atrium is the grotto known as the Solus. The Solus is the council chambers of the Vorlfur.

Board Description
Hall of the Vorlfur
It is said that before the great war, the hall the Vorlfur now call home was a simple cave system. However necessity brought expansion and victory brought decadence. The hall is nestled up against the foot of the Northern Mountains, marked by a giant oak tree that once hid the entrance. Now a large cave yawns under the gnarled roots of the old oak, lit by undying fires that descend into the depths called the Domus. Before the great sentinel that marks the hall is large training field the residents have named the Ludus.
