This area is notoriously dangerous as most of it is covered in searing lava flows, volcanic tubes, scalding geysers that erupt often and poisonous gas vents. Brittle bridges of freshly hardened lava that crumble, crack and break span rivers of molten rock in channels within the ground. But for its danger also comes its beauty. Further away from the volcanic areas are the most fertile soils to be found with rich and thriving plant life. Crystals of all colors, shapes and sizes scatter the ground that have been unearthed from the activity nearby. For all it's risks for living here, it has great reward.
