Name: Nyrenn (Eredosys)
Gender: Female
Race: Dragon
Sub-race: N/A
Breed: Mystic Watertongue
Clan: Eredosys (formerly)
Appearance: Nyrenn is not a very tall dragon, standing at only 5 feet tall with a long, slender frame. The majority of her body is covered in small, light blue scales, shimmering like ripples in the water. From her neck, along her stomach and to the base of her tail, Nyrenn has larger, more pale scales; thicker to provide more protection than her fragile blues scales. Upon the center of her face is a splash of light-colored scales, across her silver eyes. Above her left nostril are fresh scars from the claws of another dragon. Just above her ears emerge a pair of long horns, following the top of her head straight back. Rising just above her shoulders are her wings, spanning around 12 feet wide. On her right wing are long, deep scars and teeth marks from a recent battle.
Personality: Despite being the eldest, Nyrenn has always been known to be child-like. Respectively, she is shy around those she does not know, yet once comfortable shows her true, playful colors. As of recent, however, her usual personality has been dulled, due to recent events.
Magic: Water
-Spells:
Force of the current: While underwater, Nyrenn is able to create torrents; which may be used to propel her forward or push something or someone away from her, or any direction she pleases.
Gift of Eredosys: Nyrenn is able to grant others some of her own abilities; Walking on water, breathing underwater. However these effects last for a limited time.
Transfigure of scales: Unique to the Eredosys bloodline is an ability few can conduct; the ability to turn one’s form completely into water. Using all of her concentration, Nyrenn is able to transform her body into that of liquid form, becoming practically invisible in a body of water.
Skills: Like most of her clan, her abilities do not lie with her strength, but her powers and ability to maneuver around in the air and more importantly, underwater. Due to her breed, Nyrenn is able to breathe underwater for very long periods of time, almost indefinitely.
This ability uses much energy and concentration, thus has a limited time, perhaps a few hours.
Biography: For centuries the proud Eredosys clan has protected Lake Eredos; named after the first true leader of the clan. Since that time, the eldest of that bloodline has been educated and trained to take the place as the head of the clan. Nyrenn, being the eldest to her sister Fenrossa, was deemed with this task; or burden as she saw it. During her training, her father soon came to realize that his firstborn child was not capable of taking on such a responsibility. He saw his youngest, Fenrossa, much more competent to lead the clan for the next centuries.
In order to allow his youngest daughter to become the next head of the clan, he staged a skirmish for his two daughters. For Fenrossa, he matched an equal opponent; someone with the same power and strength. For Nyrenn, however, he paired one of the strongest dragons of the clan against her, setting her up for failure. Of course, the still young dragon had no chance against the powerful combatant. As told by her father, he did not hold back, wounding Nyrenn and leaving scars. After the battle was over, Nyrenn’s father declared her too weak to lead the clan; proclaiming her banishment from the clan entirely. Having no way to retaliate her father’s words, she had no choice but to leave.
