Gender - Male
Age - 10 Human Years
Race - Wolf
Breed - Unknown
Pack - None
Kin - None
Appearance - Standing at the normal height for his specie, this wolf almost looks to be half canine and half tree. He has a silky pelt, colored a warm chocolate brown. However, that pelt covers only around half of his body. Starting at the tip of his nose, dark green, scale-like growths crawl down the underside of his jaw and over the front of his chest. As the growth reaches mid-way through his underside it gradually disappears into his pelt. Similar growth starts atop his head between his ears, riding back along his spine and right to the tip of his tail. These growths are similar to the bark of a tree, but are hard as rocks and shimmer slightly in the light. Beneath each of his eyes is a symbol sharing the same color as his "scales". These symbols both resemble a thin leaf, the tips of which tilt up and point to his ears. He looks at the world with emerald green eyes, his gaze always calm and surveying.
Personality - A very patient creature, Vita is not one to anger quickly. When around others he does his best to be courteous and respectful and only abandons doing so when he is not given the same courtesy. In his youth, he sought out the companionship of creature like himself. However, he soon saw more destruction that he ever cared to. Vita soon became a recluse of a sort, preferring the company of plants to that of other flesh and blood being.
Magic - Earth
Spells - Sow the Seeds: This spell is the easier of the three to cast. The drain it has on the user is minimal, but can be increasing in difficulty depending on the conditions. The spell itself alters the targeted terrain by changing chemicals in the soil into ones that would be beneficial for plant life to grow in. Each time the spell is used it can only effect around two square acres, but it can be used in succession depending on the user's reserves of strength.
- Rapid Growth: This spell does not drain a great amount of energy from the user, but successive uses can leave the spell-caster drained of energy and vulnerable. This spell alters already existing plant life. It increases the growth of the plant to abnormal rates and can control which direction the plant grows in. The larger the plant is before the spell is used, the quicker and easier it is to perform.
- Animate Life: This spell is the hardest of the three to cast. The average user can usually only cast this spell twice before their resources are depleted. This spell can affect only trees, and the effects are only temporary (usually lasting at most only a few hours). The tree itself is altered into an intelligent being with the ability to move its roots and branches as efficiently as a tree is to be expected. The user can command these trees and usually has to resort to them as protection in times of battle.
Biography - Trained in distant lands in the art of growth and control, the young Vita soon set out into the world to explore the many wonders it holds. The male traveled across distant lands, gathers the seeds of countless plants that caught his interest. However, his journey was not entirely aimless. Vita's masters had told him of a wondrous land where spirits dwelt. It was said the great tree of this land was a wondrous sight to behold. Vita's path was ambling, and often he crossed over paths he had tread before. In this way he found himself at the then desolate lands of Giaku, the enemy of the very people he was trying to join. Giaku's leader soon learn of the powers Vita possessed, and demanded the young wolf rework the Giaku lands in exchange for his freedom. Vita gladly obliged, for he was unaware of the enmity between the two packs, and he only saw a scarred land in need of healing. With his task complete, Vita was allowed to continue his journey. Yet the journey's end was bittersweet, for on arriving at the lands he had set out for the wolf learned the true nature of those he had helped. Distraught at this turn of events, Vita found himself a dense corner of forest set between the two rivals. It was there he decided to keep the company of leaves and trunks rather than flesh and blood. His solitary peace was not to last however, for the Demon War soon broke out. Even as the two sides he had found himself between joined forces, Vita remained outside of the fighting. Instead he stood on the sidelines, watching helplessly as the lands he had journeyed so far to see were ripped apart. At the end of the war some of the survivors came to him, asking him to heal the lands as he had Giaku. The task was too great for one creature, so Vita joined with others of similar skills and began the arduous task of healing the land. When the task was complete, Vita simply disappeared back into the forests he loves so much.
