It was late into the night when Nyrenn came across a lone pond within the immense forest. The moon was at its peak in the sky, casting shadows that seemed to dance all around her. She was exhausted and frightened, alone for the first time in her life. No more than a week ago had she been exiled from her own clan, forced to find her way in unfamiliar territory. With a lengthy sigh, Nyrenn settled herself on top of a rock that extended over the pond. Her left forefront arm dangling over the edge, and her claws disrupting the smooth surface, sending ripples that disfigured the reflection of herself.
Her eyebrows furrowed in frustration, watching the way the small wavelets deformed her scarred face. Lowering her head to the face of the rock she closed her eyes, the familiar caress of the cool water on her arm. Slowly, she drifted to sleep, one arm dangling over the edge of the rock, half in the water; and her injured wing, stretched out over her legs.

OoC: Don't worry about it Wolfie! Life comes first you can always RP when you have a chance so no rush ^_^ And the title seems fine to me! iC:
It was a quiet night up on the island, save for the natural musical sounds of the waterfall at the entrance to the immense cave he had been sleeping in with the insect life that inhabited the nearby plants as well. It wasn't long before Gal'Zorath decided he would take a night time flight to stretch his wings and enjoy the cool air. He loved the peacefulness of Myoujou Island. Always so quiet and natural. And always beautiful. Standing up he walked over to the entrance, water pouring down from above splashing wildly. Slowly he stepped forward and let the water run over the length of his body. Pure, clean and refreshing. Leaning his head up he allowed some to fall into his mouth as he took a sip and flared his wings outward. With a jump forward and a beat of his wings he soared off into the night sky in a blur, leaving a small trail of water dripping off of him as he flew. The full moon lit the landscape below. It was surely something to behold. Foliage, animal life, mountains, rivers and waterfalls littered the terrain of this floating island and he never got tired of seeing it.
Shortly after his take off however as he examined the land he had made his home, he noticed a figure that was not normally present. While it was true anything with wings could stumble into the ever moving island, it wasn't often at all he found anything like this. "Well, well, well.... is that another dragon I see?" His eyes narrowed slightly as he dropped in altitude. "Sure enough. How exciting!" He exclaimed to himself. His voice was strange and otherworldly. It rang like the purest of crystals, but it had a tone that was near indescribable. If one tried to put it into words they might say it sounded as if the stars themselves had a voice of their own and he inherited it. This particular dragon he spotted seemed to be resting at the pond by the end of the river that flowed from the waterfall of his cave. He swooped down slowly, gliding in a a steady pace so as not to alarm this particular creature since it wasn't often at all he saw other dragons. Especially here. Upon landing by the bank of the pond, he straightened his wings out and gave his head and neck a small bow. "Hello there." He stated simply. "What brings you to Myoujou this serene night?" Upon asking his question he lifted his head slowly. His voice seemed friendly and non-aggressive, inviting even. And while he did not know who this was before him, he had a feeling that they were of no threat to him.
