Gender - Male
Age - 12 Human Years
Race - Wolf
Breed - Desert
Pack - Noctre Imperii
Vorlfur Rank - Cordus
Kin - Unknown
Appearance - This lithe wolf has obvious warm-climate features. His body is thin but tough, giving him a great amount of speed. The male's pelt is thin and soft, a brilliant gold colored. Warm eyes, the same color as his fur, gaze at everything with an assessing glance. The gold Defender Mark is barely visible among his similarly colored pelt. A black mark in the shape of an elegant eye rests below the golden one. This wolf has a pair of hawk-like wings that are the same color as the rest of him. Even as he ages, Hawke manages to look as young as ever. He wears a golden bracelet about his right foreleg, a cracked stone set into the metal.
Personality - Even when he was among the blood thirsty Elite, Hawke has always been a kind and gentle soul. He maintains a cheery outlook the best he can, but has been known to slip into somewhat more melancholy moods. Unlike his brother-in-arms Icewulf, Hawke is quick to temper when those he cares for are in danger. Often he has run heedlessly into perilous situations with scant a thought to his own well-being. In his later years Hawke has taken to studying many of the ancient runes and knowledge buried in all sorts of places. Often he has disappeared for weeks at a time, only to reappear with new knowledge to regale to his peers.
Magic - None
Skills - Through the years Hawke has studied many ancient texts and runes. This knowledge has granted him a wide knowledge of herb-lore and healing.
Biography - Hawke was born in the deserts far away across the oceans. At a young age, his home was raided and he was taken captive. After a long journey the wolf found himself in a foreign land with no friends and no family. That was when he met another captive during their training, a young arctic wolf by the name Icewulf. It was not long before the two became fast friends. When they were both chosen for the Elite and given the mark, Hawke was given the duty of caring for any captives or any wounded. His kind nature was suited for such tasks, but he felt great unrest at the work his brothers-in-arms performed. When Icewulf led the Elite from their captivity, Hawke was the first to rally to the cause. When the group settled in new lands and gave themselves a new name, Hawke remembered all the pain he had witnessed and vowed never to allow that to happen again. For this reason, the betrayer choose him as the first to slaughter. Some time later Hawke awoke in a stream, brought back from the dead by an enigmatic figure from his past. It was shortly after his resurrection that the male found himself new friends in a mysterious folk who dwell beneath the mountains. Hawke refuses to speak of this time of his life, but it is said he wed a princess and fathered children. Rumors fly about the Domus of how he traveled to the spirit realm twice, both times on a rescue mission. The male will neither confirm nor deny these stories when asked, but rather looks somberly to the golden bracelet he wears with its cracked stone. When the Demon War erupted, Hawke gave aid by helping to formulate strategies and tending to the wounded. Yet often there were times when he would disappear for days or weeks at a time. Hawke would always reappear in his own time, but constantly refused to say where he had gone.
