Personality: Toward strangers, she's rather rude and tends to be a smart-alec. She likes getting into mischief and is quite smart, a quick-thinker. She is playful, but has learned a bit of a serious side from her travels. Toward close friends and trusted individuals, Jolene is more open. She is earnest and even kind. She also believes that to cry or break down is a sign of weakness and she is resolved, brave, and adventurous. She is also very protective of what she has. While Jolene does enjoy various heists, some to prove her skills, some as jobs for wealthy payers, and some for curiosity of particular artifacts, she has turned her interests away from her thieving in teenage years and towards the magics and other hidden values of the world. She remains quite curious about things in general, being inquisitive which sometimes gets her in trouble. She has somewhat of a temper, though keeps it in check unless she feels threatened and above all seeks to continue gaining knowledge and rare items.

Skills: She has a great amount of skill with daggers and knives. She also has thieving skills and can be quite stealthy. She is swift.

Weapons: Several daggers are hidden around her person. She also has several needle-like weapons she can use the same as throwing-daggers. She also carries a unique dagger, found in a mansion at the age of 16 during her first travels outside of Escavas. It has various magical properties including allowing her to slow time for only a few brief seconds to gain advantage in an attack, and to also wield fire against an enemy. The dagger can both absorb and shoot flame as well as reach boiling temperatures to the touch. To Jolene, as the wielder, the dagger never burns her and also protects her from flame attacks.

History: She remembers little before the age of four. In fact, she doesn't even remember her father at all. She remembers her mother, vaguely, and doesn't know if she really cares or not. She does know she was placed in an orphanage in the city of Escavas and that she never saw her mother after that. She lived at the orphanage until the age of ten. She ran away, taking with her a small bundle containing a few items and some food. She taught herself how to survive by herself. She became a master thief, be warned. Soon she had stolen the knives she wears and practiced with them on trees and such until she became quite skilled. She isn't too popular in villages, as one might've guessed. Her whole life she's been in the Escavas, and knows the village quite well.

At the age of 16, she traveled with two vampires, Zayn and Fortune, a mercenary, December, and a shape-shifter, Imi, and along their adventures she discovered a secret within herself and the reason for her strange colored eyes and extra senses. She is part cat, and can transform into such. At first, she was only able to transform when the situation was dire and she needed to escape from an imminent threat. However once making her discoveries, Jolene ventured off on her own to learn more. She learned control of her other form, being able to shift at will and also learned that she could transform certain parts of her body, such as elongating her nails or shifting her ears. Doing such enhances her heisting abilities and as she began mastering shifting, she began taking jobs from clients as she was in need of money.

In the process of developing her own skills, she also made discoveries about the dagger she fouund while with the vampires, mercenary, and her shape-shifting pet. This dagger is now her most valuable possession and she truly believes it was the catalyst which heped her master her abilities.

Since that time, Jolene has spent time wandering from place to place in the human villages, well-known as a thief and also for never being caught to date. She has a certain wealth gained from various jobs, mostly for artifacts, jewels, or even documents depending on the client. Either way she no longer steals to survive. Jolene has developed a sense of self and now seeks to find a companion, for though her cat-nature is independent, she battles with her human desire for love and maybe even a child someday. She has also vowed if that were the case never to put her child through the hell her parents left her to.

Jolene returned to Escavas after a long time and happened across a mercenary name Zenithe who killed a man in a bar and went on his way. She was curious. Something about him drew her attention, and prone to her nature, she went after him. She discovered he was no human but rather a member of an ancient dragon group. They found they could trust each other and soon fell in love. They were married in a dragon sort of way and soon were swept into yet another quest. After taking a cursed box from evil hands, they accidentally released a terrible dragon with a blood-thirst and world-conquering intentions name Xavelthius. They lead him north, hoping to team up with Zenithe's remaining relative and defeat him. Instead, Xavelthius defeated Zenithe's grandfather and attempted to force Zenithe into joining him by killing Jolene.

Jolene then visited an unknown realm where she saw her werecat relatives who had lived before her. She discovered she has nine lives but that because of her acceptance of dragon blood, should she choose a dragon form, she will no longer have those nine lives. They will be collected into one in exchange for the true immortality she would gain. However, because of her love for Zenithe and the fact he is the one person in her life who has truly cared for her also, she chose to discover how to become true dragon-kin with him.
