Name: Charon Tartarus Apollo
Gender: Male
Race: Wolf
Sub-Race: N/A
Breed: Druin Ancient
Pack: Noctre Imperii
Rank: Primus
Appearance:
Charon has black scales that take up much of his body. The exception being the black fur that covers his head and runs down along his spine. Super hardened rocks (slightly weaker than steel) grow from his head, where they are the smallest, to his back where the spikes constantly grow, and end at his long tail where they form into a giant club, and are very useful as a weapon. Lugging the massive spikes has made his body thick with muscle, but these muscles are diminished months after he has shed his spikes. His eyes are milky white, making the foolish and gullible believe he is blind. His underbelly is well protected by hardened obsidian, taking quite a bit of force to crack. He is 8'6” tall without his spikes, which make him seem considerably taller and more intimidating. As of late, he has decided to shed his spikes regularly, beginning to see them as more an annoyance than anything.
Personality: Since the death of his father and the disappearances of his mother and siblings, Charon's demeanor has changed drastically. Where a lazy, spoiled prince had once been, a capable, though reluctant, ruler is now in its stead. During his and Lacrimosa's coronation, the latter being his niece, he developed a strong affection for her, seeing her as he would a daughter, and is therefore very protective of her, yet never sheltered her from the outside world in fear that it would diminish her skills as a leader of a nation. In addition to a more in-control temper, he now has a sense of mercy which he showed when he saved an injured Ohm pup from a group of younger Druins after they had torn several limbs off the youngling. He has little tolerance for disobedience and even less for disloyalty, punishing anyone who either attempts to take the rank of a higher place citizen outside of a sanctioned battle harshly, and doing even worse to those who whisper of harming anyone in the royal family. With the dissolution of the Giaku Empire and disappearance of his niece with the rise of the Noctre Imperii, Charon has become reclusive and melancholy, stalking through the Hatsuhi Towers and saddened at the disappearance of the Empress he raised.
Magic: Earth
-Spells: Charon is able to launch the massive spikes on his back and use them as a weapon, but it takes anywhere from days to weeks for them to regrow, making them rarely used, or used only when necessary. He also has power over the earth, able to make any mineral or plot of ground into a weapon. When in a pinch he slams his front paws on the ground with extreme force, tossing up earth that he then quickly molds together in the shape of a dome around him and those close by, protecting them from attacks.

History: Charon is one of the six children of late Emperor Tartarus and former Empress Diabol. He is the second oldest, with former Prince Kratos being his elder by only minutes. During Charon's thirties, still a very young age for his kind, he lost nearly all of his family. His oldest brother vanished along with several brothers, sister, and his mother, Prince Zephyrus fled Giaku and was exiled, and his father was assassinated in the very heart of his Empire. Charon abdicated the throne shortly after, putting into motion a frantic search for a suitable heir. Lacrimosa, the daughter of his half-brother Endymion, was chosen to become Empress. However, she was much too young to be a capable leader, and the generals of Giaku's armies suggested Charon be her regent until she came of age, which he agreed to, albeit reluctantly. His reign lasted 18 years, keeping his word and again leaving the throne on Lacrimosa's birthday. Shortly after, the united packs of Shinkou and Akeru Ookami invaded Giaku seemingly at random. This was due to the machinations of Lufelon, alpha of a small pack of renegades and rogues whose only purpose was to serve as a vehicle to attain Lufelon's ambition to power. Charon fought with the Royal Guard, protecting the Royal Towers of Hatsuhi from being taken by Shinkou and Akeru. He recovered Emperor Ammon's body when he fell in the War and brought him back from the brink of death. After Shinkou and Akeru had been repelled, Charon, no longer a prince or Emperor, was kept in the House of Nobles as the Dominus, second-in-command to Emperor Ammon and Empress Lacrimosa. Soon after the war, the old packs were disbanded and the Noctre Imperii was formed in their place. No longer a noble, a prince, or an emperor, Charon was given the rank of Primus in the Vorlfur, though has become reclusive and dwells in his ancestral home, the old Hatsuhi Towers
