Gender: Female
Race: Human/Cross Fox
Sub-Race: Shape Shifter
Age: 23
Appearance: Human
Eyes: Multi-shades of green, starting dark around the rims, and getting lighter as it works its way in, to a pale, almost pastel green around her pupil.
Hair: Her hair is unique, as it consists of a multitude of colours, a brindle effect of browns, reds and blacks. Its length reaches just below her shoulders, slightly wavy near the ends.
Clothes: Aysel wears whatever is comfortable, usually settling with a tee and jeans, or something similar. She wears a thin silver bangle around her right wrist and a similar small silver hoop on the top of her left ear, both of which she is able to transform with showing.
Height: 5'6
Weight: 130 pounds
Build: She's slender with long legs and a bit of muscle, rather average.
Appearance: Half-form
Her more favoured form, Aysel keeps her human appearance, with a few minor changes. Her canines extend slightly, though still fit comfortably in her mouth, and she gains a few of her animal form features – fox ears and a tail, similarly coloured to her hair, with the tips of her ears being black, the rest brindled. Her tail copies this colouration, the last quarter of it black, while the rest of it is mixed shades of brown, reds and blacks.
Appearance: Fox Form
Aysels' fox form weighs around 10 pounds, and stands at 15 inches at the shoulder. Her body length is 30 inches with a 18 inch long tail, making her an even 4 feet long. Her paws and legs are black, as well as her muzzle, the back of her ears on the tips, and the lower quarter of her tail. The black from her legs expands down her stomach, and paints a small portion of her chest. The rest of her body, save for a black band that runs from each of her front legs across her shoulders, down her back and breaking off to her back legs, are shades of orange and browns, with several black patterns mixed in with it all.
Personality: More of a solitary person, Aysel is often taking traits from her fox half. Sly and soft footed, she can sneak her way around virtually unnoticed, which is some times a god send when her strange hair brings around the wrong kind of company. She's much more of a night person and can often be found during the day sleeping, whether it's at her house, or somewhere up a tree or tall building. Albeit liking to be alone, Aysel can stand the company of others and often does if it's someone she's familiar with, though that alone can take a while. She's timid for the most part when meeting others, and it can take a long time for her to warm up, and when she does finally gain some trust in someone, it can easily be broken, due to her past. To those that do have her trust, she is loyal and playful, and some times even affectionate. To those still building up the trust, she's more timid and shy, and can be hard to talk to, as being near such a person seems to make her quiet.
Biography: Aysel comes from a line of shifters, her mother and father both fox shifters similar to herself, though both different breeds. Her father an arctic fox, and her mother a normal red fox, the two didn't expect to have a whole different breed for a child. Her younger brother however, was normal, taking after their father in breed. At a young age, her and her brother didn't get along, it took until they were both in their teens for their sibling rivalry to dissipate, the two of them becoming inseparable after that. For several more years, the two remained together, moving out of their parents home, and working separate jobs. Aysel became a waitress at a local joint, while her brother worked at a grocery store, the two of them making more than enough to live comfortably. The two shared friends and one in particular hung around more often than the rest – a human who they had come to trust as much as each other.
One night however, trouble arose and a fight between the three broke out due to something Aysel can't even remember, the human and her brother taking it outside as she tried to calm down the situation as the two began getting more and more angry. Out of instinct that something was wrong, Aysel asked her brother not to go, but he ignored her, being stabbed and killed not five minutes later by their so called friend. Furious, hurt and betrayed, she found her brother laying there dead soon after and cried, holding his body, soaked in his blood by the time anyone arrived.
Four years have passed since then, and in that time lots had changed. She had moved, become cold and distrusting, but had slowly grown over it thanks to her parents support. The memories of her brother and her betrayal still hurt, and by no means was she ready to throw herself into friendship again, but she was slowly coming around. Now, Aysel lives wherever she feels like at the time, finding business in odd jobs here and there, doing what she pleases. She longs for a companionship like she had with her brother, but has a hard time accepting people, having very few acquaintances, and even fewer people she would consider friends.
Skills:
Magic: Aysel knows no magic, although later she may learn some, as she does have the ability.
Other: Her speed and agility are her main skills, able to dodge hits with relative ease, and provide her own attacks swiftly. This isn't to say she can block anything, or hit any one, but she relies on these skills the most. She's quiet on her feet, even in shoes, able to sneak around and get by undetected. She has sub par weapon skills, mostly using throwing knives, or daggers for her attacks, if her speed and strength alone aren't enough. Mind you, her strength isn't exactly a killer factor. She gains heightened senses while in her half form, and even more so in her fox form, her strength increasing slightly as well. She can throw a decent punch, but can't back it up with much weight, usually trying to skip confrontations all together.
