Name: Frost
Gender: Male
Race: Wolf
Sub-Race: N/A
Breed: Arctic Wolf
Appearance:
Frost is an average build for a young adult male wolf. His primary coat color is a very light icy-blue, almost sky-blue. Frost's eyes are a deep blue. Starting just below his nose and extending across his muzzle down to his underbelly and intruding slightly down his inner-legs, Frost's fur is a grayish-black. The inside of his ears share similar coloring. He has darker black-furred “socks” that start from his paws and proceed about 1/3 the way up his legs. The tip of his tail is also a similar black color. Frost has tufts of fur behind his hind legs which are the same color as his icy-blue coat. Behind his front legs are tufts that are lower, black-colored, and less pronounced than the aforementioned.
Magic: Given his affinity for winter, Frost may have some capacity to practice magic relating ice or water, but he is unaware of any such power at the present time.
Spells: See above. If he were to ever possess any, they would surely be water/ice related.
Skills: Since he was exiled from his pack in another land, Frost has had to learn to adapt to the life of a loner. With large prey out of the question, he's had to hone his skills to survive primarily on fish and small mammals among other things. He can usually negotiate his way out of an accidental trespass. He is not the fastest wolf of all time, but if fear and adrenaline are pumping through him, his speed can be considerable. He will typically attempt to maintain a low profile and will approach confrontations in an apologetic manner up to a point.
Personality: Frost has a strong affinity for winter. He is a well-spoken wolf when he chooses to speak. Often times, he is a quiet observer of events and may only chime in if he feels strongly about something or feels he's had an opportunity to derive an informed opinion. He might also choose to stay quiet if he is uncomfortable or feels his opinions won't be appreciated or may sour the mood. In extreme situations he will not hesitate to be vocally assertive. However, he would never stay quiet due to shyness, even if he does appear to be shy at times. Frost is fond of solitude or minimal company. The male likes symbolism a lot and will incorporate into his speech on an occasional to often basis. Frost will happily entertain a conversation if the topic is interesting to him and/or the individual seems intelligent. He is not an aggressive individual nor is he prone to anger. If he is not happy, he will appear dismissive and cold. He would most likely never initiate a fight except in an instance of self-defense. He has an aversion to violence and will often presume that violent behavior betrays a lack of intellect in whoever is displaying it.
Biography: Frost was born to a loving nomadic couple of wolves who associated with a group that wasn't exactly a pack, but a group with common interests. He lived a fairly straightforward pup's life in a very cold, arctic region where food and shelter were scarce. His maturation into adulthood was marked by an increase in the severity of winter ever since. A hysteria ensued among the group of wolves and superstition ran rampant. Given Frost's name, his appearance, and his love of the winter season, he became a magnet for blame. It eventually got so bad that Frost was forced to leave the group, much against his parents wishes as they fought to dispel the unfair accusations against their son. His parents attempted to leave with him, but he insisted they stay and not be uprooted from the life they had invested everything in. Frost left and began a journey of solitude with no clear destination in mind. He figured time would lead him where it would.
